Amy Jackman, owner of C~Cups Specialty Coffees, spent an extensive 40 hours learning from the 2008 Italian Cup Tasting Champion on how to construct a True Italian Coffee. Amy then spends one-on-one time with each barista teaching them the art and techniques that make C~Cups Specialty Coffees a unique and favorable coffee shop.
